Deep tissue massage was great by Lydia, great pressure and felt like tension in my muscles was worked out during the hour. Lydia also explained where I had tension in my body. I however do not feel the room I had the massage in could possibly demand the £85 cost. The décor was not as I expected, kitchen cupboards around the outside and the floor ice cold. The converted garage was very cold for the 1st 15mins even with the heated bed on. There was no music being played and the massage oil was not warmed prior to use (everywhere I have been previous does this as standard- even using a baby bottle warmer). Lydia did try with the music and I feel bad giving an average review. If the massage were cheaper say £50 then I probably wouldn't have written the review.I have recently had a massage at Suay in town for £65 and Nirvana Spa near Reading for £69. I am baffled at how much this was. I was given a gift card for Christmas otherwise I wouldn't have booked an appointment due to the price.Service: Massage

Got a 5-star massage today from a therapist who knows what she is doing. She located past and present injuries without me saying anything and tended to them. The room was a bit on the cool side for my taste just in the beginning.

It was my first time here, and will definitely not be my last. I booked in for a wax with Shanie, and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism and all round great service. I was booked in for half past 5, and treatment started on the dot. I was put completely at ease and had full confidence in Shanie. Amazing results, thank you so much!

From the moment I arrived Anne made me feel relaxed. Had a 40 min back neck shoulder massage and had the best nights sleep in a long while that night due to having a trapped nerve in my shoulder. Anne gave me stretches and advice and of course Ive booked another!

Anne is amazing! Having been to many different salons over the years for waxing, I can confidently tell you that Anne is by far the best anywhere ever!! You will not find a less painful waxing experience, and you will have total faith in Anne. Too often in other salons you have that sinking feeling of 'what have I done?!' as you lie sweating nervously while being covered in wax which is burning hot or wrongly applied...not here!Anne is also lovely and would make you feel totally comfortable if you're a first timer or self conscious. She's so knowledgable about her products. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough - book now! They also have a great online booking system which is so much easier than trying to find somewhere private in the office to make a phone call to book in for a Hollywood wax haha!!

I wouldn?t go anywhere else to have my waxing done! Anne makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed and the wax she uses is amazing! Hardly any pain at all compared to any other wax I have tried! Would recommend highly! Very pleased with the results as always!

Above and beyond is all I can really say here, I've known Anne the manager/ Owner for some time and she is the loveliest person ever, but what she did for me and has offered others is nothing short of amazing.So recently i suffered a twinge to my lower back caused now i know after my visit to Serenity Holistic Therapies by over use of my right leg to compensate for a pre-existing injury to my left foot and a weakened left leg. This caused a massive back spasm and left me with limited movement and in need of some uber pain relief from the doctors. Now Anne notied a post of mine on facebook and jumped to my aid with her already jam packed diary of clients she offered me an early appointment offering to open up early the next day for me to come in and she would have a look at me. After a short but in depth consultation online and in person we decided to concentrate on my back but also have a look at my legs. this massage was amazing it releaved so much of the tension in my legs, back and shoulders giving me back a lot of my mobility but Anne didn't just give me a massage oh no, she also advised me on some exersices and stretches to help rebuild and stregthen my back to reduce the risk of the back pain coming back as well as advising me on essential stretches which I should do moving forwards to assist me in my goals for this year in short distance triathlon with a view to looking to longer distance's in the coming years with the ultimate goal of becoming an ironman finisher. thank you Anne and the team at Serenity Holistic Therapies for getting me back to work faster and aiding me in my exercise goals for the future.If you have any aches or pains the knowledge the team have is vast and there massages are well worth it if you have a twinge or if you just need to relax check them out, you won't be disappointed.
