Unfortunately from the pushy salesman to rude customer service to delays , this company has it all!In 5 hours of the sales pitch and pushing to sign the contract the quote went from 18k to 7k! They quote outrageously high and then dramatically reduce for effect!It felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge me, and I couldn't help but wonder why they couldn't offer a more reasonable estimate from the start.Furthermore, I made it explicitly clear to the salesman that time was of the essence for me, as I needed the windows installed quickly to ensure a warm home during the winter months. He assured me that they would be fast-tracked and completed within 4-6 weeks, with 8 weeks being the absolute worst-case scenario. However, the actual installation didn't take place until well over 12 weeks later, despite numerous assurances and rescheduled dates.Throughout this ordeal, every interaction I had with their customer service department was abysmal. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude whenever I inquired about the status of my installation. And to add insult to injury, when the windows were finally installed, one of them had a broken glass pane, which took an additional two weeks to rectify.once the whole order was completed after 14 weeks from the point of sale, I received an invoice for £76 for 2 restrictors!When I approached the manager to discuss the numerous issues with my order, including the extensive delay and the broken window and the possibility of waiving the £76 as a good will gesture for our troubles and in turn it would make my our experience a bit better and we will reflect in our review, I was met with nothing but hostility and excuses. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and attempting to rectify the situation, he had the audacity to accuse me of attempting to blackmail them with the threat of a negative review. What an absurd thing to say! Ofcourse if I see them attempting to make things right, I would be happier and write the review accordingly and also the other way around.This clearly showed to me that they had no value for customer satisfaction once the money is handed over to them.In the end, some average (on the expensive side) windows were just not worth the extremely poor and rude customer service we received. I considered 2-3 stars as the boys installing the windows were polite but after speaking to the manager, even 1 star is generous!

At installation one of the windows was chipped and they did not have the dog door to fit as per order. Upgraded and ordered a composite door and it has scratches all over it. Keep changing dates of when they are coming to fit new window and dog door and no one responding about the poor quality door. over a month now and no communications, post sale communications appalling AVOID

There is no other way to describe them other than thieves! Don?t ever let them anywhere near a vulnerable person, they are not a company you should trust near anyone.They charged me £750 for scaffolding that was never used and gave me an immense headache to give my money back.And now, 11 months down the line and 4 out of the 5 windows installed need repairing.And guess how long their service takes? Well, I don?t know that yet as it took 4 months to get someone over to confirm what I already told them, I even sent photos of the problems.Run, run fast and never deal with this company. Their reviews on trust pilot are more than likely fake as they try to force you to place a good review when you sign the windows contract.

Quoted £23,000 for 5 windows and a door. Other quotes were around £5,000. When the lady spoke to her boss they were able to get it down to £10,000. How can they take off £13,000 all of a sudden, wouldn?t recommend?

Pests. I saw the ad and it seemed to fit what i was looking for but it turns out after meeting with one of their reps the service they offered was nothing like they advertised and I told him I wasn't interested. Anyways every month i get a call and I tell them not to call again and they respond with "we will take you off our database" just to get a call a month or so later. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
