Deeply disappointing first experience. As a new customer, I made it clear I?d just moved to the area and would be ordering Chinese food weekly. I called to place a large £80 order and requested salt and pepper chips?something any half-decent takeaway can handle. Initially, I was told yes, but then the woman confirming the order abruptly refused, despite admitting it?s the same spice mix as their salt and pepper chicken.
The attitude was frankly shocking. No flexibility, no interest in customer service, and zero effort to welcome a potential regular. If this is how new customers are treated, I dread to think how they handle complaints. A petty refusal over such a basic request speaks volumes. Won?t be trying again.

Great experience overall. Friendly team, quick service, and quality ingredients. The atmosphere got a bit loud during peak time but it didn?t ruin the vibe.

We love Kei's! Tasty, authentic food of high quality. Would recommend the all you can eat menu (£30.95 pp) instead of the a la carte menu, only because you get more variety of dishes and better value for money.

Visiting the area and so stopped by after seeing the previous reviews and glad we did. Food was lovely and full of flavour (and spice), staff were very friendly and service and food was quick. Portion sizes were very generous and even for 2 hungry people, everything was more than enough to share. Highly recommend

The food was exceptional - there were 6 of us and we chose various combinations of set menus.
The standouts (for me at least) were probably the ribs, prawns, squid, duck pancakes, seabass and lemon chicken. The pork dishes were just ok, and the crispy chilli beef was perhaps a little heavy on the batter.
The service was polite and timely.
One thing did stand out as a little odd was that when we asked for boxes to take home leftovers, we were informed that "only 3 would be provided, extra would be charged for".
This seemed rather strange, since we had just spent almost 400 pounds between us (food and plenty of drinks).
I am not going to dock any stars for this, but perhaps this policy needs to be reconsidered in future, or at least not even mention it and just add it to the bill.

Was disappointed we went on a Sunday evening the food was bland, and portions small when you asked for more it was as if you was insulting them. It all felt very rushed as if they just wanted the table which was strange as the restaurant was nearly empty. Very poor value for many...massively over priced

Extremely bland food without any flavours. Prawns in batter had so much batter - the batter was mushy and undercooked inside. Too much batter coat used on seafood to bulk up. This was my first time and definitely my last time here.
The only saviour was probably the egg fried rice which was not bad.

Friendly staff with good service. Good Chinese food, particularly the ribs, lettuce wraps, calamari for starters. Good duck pancakes too.
