Lost interest with the ridiculous waiting times. 3 cars ahead of me and 30+ mins waiting. For coffee... don't know what else you sell except toasties etc but 30 mins is a joke. Won't be going again - not worth the time wastedAlso, asked for a large chai latte, and got hot milk. So essentially £5 for hot milk. Yeah the staff has changed and the it's simply too slow and giving weird coffees - poor quality!

Went there to do some work and have a meeting. Coffee is always good, and the banana cake was great also. The most I was impressed it was the genuine service we received the guys behind actually know what a great customer service it is . The only thing I don't like is the car park in there is limited to 3 hours, and it's not their fault. Usually I work on the computer and meetings can take long and it's frustrating to stay with this stress that's why we left other wise I will spend most of the day there as the staff are really nice.

Very rude staff on drive through,2 days ago the fat guy,was very regular to costa on London road, but because of the staff rudeness not anymore.don?t understand why such a nice brand put this kind of staff to customers service???really wanted to talk to the manager but he said not available unfortunately.
