Brilliant service. We had a dishwasher which was broken, it was fixed in the summer but the same fault reoccurred. The engineer came out again under their own warranty and needed to fit a new part, so we only paid for the part. Very efficient, polite, and get to the source of the problem.

We have used Active Domestic a few times now and have been very happy on each occasion. Most recently they were able to slot a visit in only a few days after my enquiry.
