Went for lunch today with our kids who do ballet across the road. Food was good and my daughter especially enjoyed her fish and chips. We had a big table so I understand this may be added pressure on staff but I did not at all appreciate a very sharp response by a lady who was serving us after I requested a spoon for my daughters dessert. I was polite, and despite that my pie came with chips instead of mash as I had ordered I ate and enjoyed it without raising this or any complaint. So politely asking for a spoon should have been met with a respectful response. In any case, the spoon came and the lady did return to clear the table and she was cheerful so it may just have been a moment where she too was under pressure but doing her best.
Overall, good prices decent food.

2 weeks on the bounce with no food available. Kitchen was closed due one Friday and then too busy another Saturday. Shame coz drinks and outdoor seating pretty good.

Went in last Saturday for the evening with some family members.
There was a private party in and although it was busy, the service was excellent and the food was amazing, as always.
The atmosphere was brilliant and the staff encouraged us to stay and enjoy the rest of the evening with the party.

Popped in this morning with my wife and had a lovely breakfast cooked perfectly just the right amount.
Nice gent behind the bar very Friendly and helpful.
We will be returning ty.

Just popped in here for a drink at the weekend, didn't have food so couldn't score it on that however, I did look at the menu and it serves typical pub grub.
Cannot fault the cleanliness, the service nor the selection of drinks on offer.
The place always looks busy on weekend evening so I guess that tells you it's worthy of a visit.

The bar staff and kitchen staff was very welcoming and friendly with a great service and atmosphere
They are very passionate when it comes to food and drink allergies alway making sure it safe for us to eat and drink at the prince. They have a fantastic options on vegan and vegetarian especially if you have allergies to Egg and dairy or any other allergies.
The Gammon,chips and Bean was perfect it's nice that we can swap peas to bean if you ain't a pea fan.
Vegetarian options: They have a good vegetarian and vegan option,
Dietary restrictions: They go to that extra mile to make sure our food and drink is safe especially if you have allergies
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome
Wheelchair accessibility: Disability are all welcome

Met front of house by a very friendly Tayla.
Had a perfect steak,and work colleage had buffalo chicken burger. Both superb. Thankyou for a great service
