Appalled by the owner blocking me from using his toilets prior to me sitting and ordering breakfast with my young daughter.
I have a medical condition which means I cannot wait, have a radar key and ?can?t wait? card.
He did everything to prevent me using his facilities even when I tried to tell him I would have an embarrassing accident if I had to walk any further.
I cannot believe that in this day and age local business owners like this can have such small minded, discriminatory attitudes. And that they are unaware of their responsibilities to enable community members under the equities act if they can.
I was humiliated and shamed and am pleased I did not part with a penny in this establishment.
Absolute shame on you.

Amazing and friendly shop! They are super knowledgeable about tea and it was lovely to pop in to try the afternoon tea and amazing homemade pastries!!

We received a lovely welcome. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We had the chili avocado stack and a delicious expresso brownie! Coffee and spiced tea both delicious and we weren?t made to feel like we needed to leave even though we lingered over our drinks. Highly recommended.
