All the staff at Black Tie are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a last-minute issue with the arrival of my son?s waistcoat and jacket, which hadn?t been dispatched as expected from Scotland. Michael went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered the very next day, and Alex even waited at home to personally receive the parcel.
I?m a big believer in supporting local independent shops ? and this is exactly why. They genuinely care, and the level of service they provide simply can?t be matched by big chains. If you're looking for exceptional service along with high-quality tailored suits, look no further than Black Tie.

As an American renting formal wear in the UK, I was initially concerned about getting the right fit without being able to visit in person. Black Tie Menswear made the process seamless with a detailed measurement form and both the suit and tuxedo were absolutely perfect.
They couriered both garments directly to my hotel in perfect condition and on schedule. The communication was wonderful throughout, and their thoughtful recommendations for tie colors and shoe changes were all spot-on.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all the team at black tie. We recently use them for the suits for me and my groom?s party. The team was great and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered the shop and had my first suit fitting. They were so accommodating and made me feel at ease at every step.
