I called the practice on a Tuesday morning and spoke with the Treatment Co-ordinator. Within half an hour Dr Morton had called me back and dealt with my query clearly and efficiently. Wonderful service! Thank you

I didn?t believe the earlier reviewer who said you had to wait outside until we tried to get some emergency medicine and saw the long line outside in the cold and dark. Avoid

Just remember the pharmacy closes for lunch and tens to be very busy earlier in the week. If there are more than 4 people indoors and you will be queueing outside.

This place has rapidly gone downhill past 3 yrs that i decided to leave.I had to suffer for 20 yrs with fibromialgia without a diagnosis under Dr. J Cave.Once again this mnth, i have been let down by the pharmacy and practice staff, as my meds list had not been processed ( that i sorted out personally with Nicky Agar) and they stated my re prescription order had gone missing? I wonder why?Some of the pharmacy staff are awful, slow, incompetent and not trained or skilled in customer service.I witnessed one pharmacy staff worker smoking out back when they had 20 or more mixed old and young irate customers queuing outside in the rain.The social subscriber Nicky Agar, is also highly incompetent and needs a lot more training.i have been let down by her several times, in that she makes false promises of assistance and then reneges on them. I strongly suspected prejudice from her.They seem to go through staff like a hot knife through butter. Again makes you wonder why!I hope i never have to deal with this surgery ever again. Good riddance.

Both the pharmacy & surgery are wonderful. Very friendly and responsive.

The pharmacy operates to the same hours as the surgery, namely closed on Saturdays and closed for lunch. All the locals know this but strangers to the area may have a wasted journey. The opening hours are not easily found here. Otherwise very good.

Wanted to leave a review for Lauren (or Laura, not 100%) I needed to pick up a prescription that I had ordered online urgently as I am about to go on honeymoon and she made it her mission to chase this on my behalf and even called me back to make sure I had received the text message asking for further information - great service!

Refused to register me as a new patient, even though everyone else living on my property is registered here. Receptionist was extraordinarily rude and condescending. Good luck if you leave your health in the hands of this lot.

Recently, I have had to use the surgery on a number of occasions both for myself and another family member. From start to finish, with each of the teams, we have been really impressed with their care and attention. The pharmacy is busy, like all pharmacies are, but they took time to give explainations when they were needed. Thank you to the whole Downland Team!!

This is a practice which cares. Clinical and non clinical staff are helpful, pro-active and listen. You can always be seen when you need be. We are very fortunate to have this fantastic service available to us and I for one am very grateful.
