Sooo angry. Staying at the nearby Travelodge we wandered over for some breakfast at 5am on Sat.19.07.25 before travelling to the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford only to have a staff member signal from behind a locked door that they didn?t open until 6am?? Get the Google opening times sorted Greggs. You must know people check opening times online! Get outa here oh & it?s still showing 5am for a Saturday!

09/06/25 6Pm whoever was on the shift. I bought food from warm section was cold after I had a bite. I asked is it not supposed to be little bit warm.
I was just told that food is warm when baked.
After that it?s not kept warm.
Disappointed.

Honestly, the food was way overpriced for what it was ? definitely not great value. What made it worse was the service. A girl called Maddie served us and she honestly looked like she didn?t want to be there at all. We all have off days, but she had the moodiest face and didn?t seem welcoming at all.
When we were deciding what to order, she seemed really impatient. I get that it can be frustrating, but it felt like she didn?t want to deal with us. Just made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Wouldn?t rush back.

Stopped off at Moto services Chieveley looking forward to a Greggs lunch. On my way out of the services toilets a woman in a Greggs tshirt (clearly an employee) walked out of a toilet cubicle and straight out of the toilets on her phone without washing her hands. That really put me off going to Greggs so I went to Pret instead. Shocking.

Second time in a row I am disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff. I genuinely love popping for a Greggs but this branch and team need a change.

Slowest ever...utterly incompetent staff think it's acceptable to keep customers (some elderly) standing outside in a very long queue because they can't work efficiently as a team.... management laughable...other branches are OK....so not a company issue....change of staff and management reqd immediately!
