Staff are so rude and are placing us on mute while threatening us as well. Don?t think they get any training and now they?re trying to belittle. if they don?t know basic English to be understanding customer why would anyone hire them without being trained to understand customers and their order? I knew my order and was threatened twice to be reported.they don?t even admit their mistake and continue to be rude to customers. Dominos need to invest in customer service training asap because this simply cannot keep going on!!! Not even worth one star in my opinion

the worst customer service ever, called them and took so long to pick up and then i was put onto hold, when they picked up i asked if they had a lotto choco pizza in this store and then someone ended the call. I called back and was threatened to be reported. called again and was said that she has number and that i should watch out. called several times and they never picked up. not sure what?s happened to domino branches but each of them are slowly deteriorating with their customer service. will never be returning to domino?s again as it is not my first time!!!!!!!

Rubbish customer service so rude, asked for an extra garlic dip to get shouted at! Price on the front says £10 collection for a large pizza but was charged £13 each for a bog standard pizza with only 1 topping! Bought 2 Pizzas they were ok at best, asked for an extra dip because you know one isn?t enough for 2 pizzas to get shouted at in a foreign language and demanded i pay extra for just 1 more dip even though i should be getting two (1 per pizza anyways) Papa John?s not too far away on Slough Trading Estate are much better and give as many free dips as you want. Big mistake coming here, should have read the reviews, to anyone reading this please do not come here! This is not the normal Dominos experience you are better off going to Tescos 2 mins down the road and getting a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself. Utterly rubbish, extremely disappointing, ruining the Dominos brand name.

The was no tomato sauce only cheese i ended up throwing i contacted the shop told me nothing they can do about as they said i ordered without sauce!!! I won't be ordering again...

If I had seen the reviews I wouldn't have ordered 1.45 mins called for an update to say they had delivered. I wouldn't be ringing if they had .Nearly 100 pounds to say they don't do refunds??,we shall see about that.
Avoid at all cost.

This evening experienced disappointing service from Dominos Pizza Burnham High Street. I had to chase my order continuously for approximately 1 hour once received my order was stone cold. The store were unbothered and did not want to take ownership for failing to deliver the order on time.

I ordered my pizza, I got 2 medium pizzas and 2 garlic pizzas with a drink. It took more then 40 minutes after it wasn?t meant to be delivered for someone tell me that my order wasn?t delivered and when I called the store they said I would get a refund which I had to fight for because they kept saying it wasn?t there fault when it?s there company and delivery driver and that if I called the next day they would send me my order for free. Just called today and got told that I was wrong for tell them it?s there fault for the delivery getting stolen and that I?m not getting my order. I wouldn?t be surprised if I didn?t even get my refund either. Never getting dominoes again with this service and lies. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible pizza...very small with very little toppings. Really not worth the money and slightly burnt. Will not be ordering again.

Shoaib dealt with us very well. Someone took our collection order and he was very polite and recorded our order. This kind of service should be recognised within companies and rewarded. Amazing employee
