I?ve been coming to Wickes for years, but my recent visit really stood out thanks to Kiera. I was looking for paint and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail was excellent ? she really listened to what I was after and gave clear, thoughtful advice to help me make the right choice. It?s rare to come across someone who takes that much care and pride in helping customers, and it made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Kiera is a credit to the store, and I?ll definitely be coming back again knowing the service is this good.

Absolutely awful service from the Manager Aaron and customer service chap at the till. Went in for a refund and waited at the customer service desk by the till. Grunted at by the customer service chap and ignored. When he did fi ally acknowledged us. He said we must join the queue that had now built up and pulled a sign out from under a load of rubbish which said join the queue, ask to speak to the manager and he was unapologetic and couldn't care less. Customer service is non existent at this store. We have shopped here for 18 yrs, never again. Your staff need basic training as they couldn't give a dam.

Terrible customer service as I am doing dome decorating in my house I bought some paints /undercoats from wickes Bracknell in particular I bought the Dulux Paint tubs that were on offer two for £49/- I bought 4 of them as per my painters request as towards the completion I realised after two weeks 1 bucket is going to be leftover so I headed to the wickes store I bought it from .
Oh My God are they poor on service
Stood in a queue for 10 minutes to be told returns on the other side (and this is with long queues two tills open 1 serving 1 customer service )
Went to the other side two people already waiting as the till person was waiting for something from the manager after an agonising waiting of over 22 minutes my turn comes I said to the lady need to do a return she asked for my receipt I showed her my receipt online .FFS she can't do refunds for online transaction ? then get told to move to an empty till and that someone was going to come there I wait another 18 mins before someone comes .Now when this person comes they ask for receipt which show them and they processing my refund ( I am within my 30 days / have my receipt but am getting refund of only £21/- the guy did not have any idea I asked for the manager another wait of 15 minutes the manager had a look but could not do anything I was told contact customer services ? I thought I was at customer service anyway I had already wasted almost an hour just to refund 1 bucket of paint I did not have the patients to deal with explaining and waiting to deal with their customer service .I know the difference was £3.50/ and not to say the price had gone down which should not impact me as I have my receipt the bucket was now £28/- each No deal .So not only is wickes going to make trade margin but also the extra £7/- from me .I would REALLY WISH THEY REVAMP the place its so smelly /hot/dust on all the shelves staff in efficient ( the week before went looking for tiles there was so much dust could not see the colour of the tile asked a staff member near me if there was any tissue to clean it they said ask at the till they might have some ?
As per response sent an email been 5 days No Response ?

I?ve visited this store multiple times over the past few months while redecorating, and the same issue persists?end aisles, especially around paints and testers, are regularly blocked by pallets or bins. It?s difficult and even unsafe to access the products.
After 6?7 visits, I finally raised the concern, only to be told to shop elsewhere rather than offered any solution or assurance it would be addressed.
Very poor customer service and a clear safety hazard.
