There's always empty shelves round by the books towards the back of the store, some of which need better organisation in their relevant categories especially round by the travel, history, sport and biography sections. Prefer the branch in Reading (Broad Street).

The staff are very attentive and are always doing something, whether it's cleaning the store, on the tills, setting up stock, or helping old ladies find what they want.Very fast at doing the lotto, getting through the queues and has a wide range of stationary and back to school items.
