Very poor experience when collecting a To Good To Go order from Sushi Daily inside the waitrose store. The security guard followed me all around the store until I collected my food. I then wanted to see if there was anything reduced in the bakery section and the guard continued to follow me. I don't feel I was doing anything suspicious to warrant this treatment but decided to leave. Apart from Sushi Daily which I'll continue to purchase from, I'll definitely be avoiding this store.

Great supermarket but lacks any kinds of Halal products compared to Sainsbury's Bracknell. So you end up buying your weekly groceries from two places. But in the end we end up buying all our groceries from Sainsbury.

Lovely staff and very efficient online ordering process. The checkout man was so kind to my elderly mother in law, all the staff are patient and kind with her.

The Partners are mostly very helpful and friendly. The noticeable exception being a particular Partner behind the Customer Services desk, who has been needlessly rude on numerous occasions to customers using the self serve coffee machine.

Good place for the daily shopping although the prices are bit high for some items, but quality of the products are really good. There is 90 minutes free parking available at the store and lots of spaces available.Fresh vegetables, bakery items, milk and dairy items available.

Absolutely awful experience today took my mum shopping .. Ended up a stressful shopping experience...What the hell has happened to Waitrose!!!!!!!! I have always put them at the top of the best food shops but they are slowly losing the five stars .... This is all because of self service tills !!!!! I was actually to quick for this till or it was faulty as an assistant kept coming over even she agreed the tills weren't the best and they were all unhappy with this new idea ..I guess in the long run it will put people out of jobs appalling !!! And waitrose care I think not ..Hardly any room to put your trolley There were only 2 tills where you get a shop assistant but there were full on queues ... Sad as it is it's better service in Lindi or Aldi at least there more efficient ..Just feel sad you are all sheep and following what the government wants you to do not the sherperds anymore ... you lost your lovely uniqueness.. contactless tills ..all card no cash. ..
