When the driver arrived 15 minutes early he had gone by the time I reached my front door. He never returned. The delivery was made 24 hours later. Hard to believe but that was so. Had to cancel lunch date

Bought chicken in the Food Hall of John Lewis.
Looked good.
However, there was a great deal of fat, bits of bone, sinewy tissue and cartilage that customers couldn't see...
It took a while to cut off, before preparing the meal.
I took photos.
Disappointed, i reported it.
Then the nonsense began.
I was asked questions to emails I couldn't respond to. With the general Bla, Bla response of not accepting responsibility.
It made me more annoyed about the situation - that I decided to see it through.
Eventually, I got my money back but it left me feeling aggrieved.
Threw the rest out and vowed not to buy Waitose meat.
Reckon they had their monies worth with added fat, bone and sinewy tissue.
Hidden in their presentation of lean meet.
Silly people.

23 Rd December, run out of everything by 1100, ridiculously long queues. I always liked Waitrose, but not today

As usual the Vegan chocolate log is nowhere to be seen again this Christmas! I actually found one lonely log a couple of weeks ago but the date was no good for Xmas! The staff told me that they were getting a delivery of them today! But no a delivery didn?t arrive and the staff member said they won?t be getting anymore because the ticket on the shelf has been removed! I never understand why so few are ordered in when they are always like gold dust.
Very disappointing.

It seems that many of Waitrose products have been licensed and stamped with the ?Duchy? brand, however I feel uncomfortable purchasing this range as I think its beneficiaries have far too much money and privilege already. To counter this predicament, I have begun shopping at my local grocers to ensure my funds go directly to the republic rather than the royals.

I only rarely shop in Waitrose, but I absolutely love your Christmas advert this year. Can't wait for part 2 ???

A racial discrimination incident took place in the Bromley store; Green Street Green.
This was ?investigated? by a Lady who showed racial biased and displayed micro aggressions. She then went onto tell lies to cover for her colleagues. Her tone was very undermining and she was talking down to me. Even though I had raised the complaint. She went onto explain that the CCTV footage had been destroyed. ?History is re-written for those which it benefits.?
A complaints procedure manual hasn?t been provided or sent.
Awful company.
Ironic thing is: Great Britannia was built on slavery money and these are still the people treated the most appallingly.

Very bad shopping experience 3 times. I am now going to write a letter of complaint to Waitrose Head Office.

Despite always having substitutions pointed out to me in the past by the driver, customers should be aware that it?s now our duty to note any substitutions in the receipt that is emailed to you a few hours before delivery, to find the items in the order and to hand them back to the driver (who is almost always in a hurry).
Otherwise you may get a good ?telling off? (with a healthy side of ?attitude?) like I did, after sending in positive feedback about the driver (who was lovely btw) and politely pointing out what I thought was a genuine packing error at their end. The fact that the order was over 150 pounds worth, and a regular event, seems to be irrelevant.
Keep your 2 quid, Waitrose, if it means I don?t have to get scolded again by your ?customer service? team.

So much for '...Too Good To Waste...'
Yesterday evening, I purchased 2 HALF CIABATTAS, for the reduced price of £1.55. This was done at the Warwick Way Branch in London SW1. The till receipt got caught up in the mechanism but as this was my only purchase, I wasn't too concerned.
Later, at home, I spotted the green/grey spore of mould. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ? AND DANGEROUS...! Too dismayed to make the return journey to the store; just binned it! ?
I attempted to make an official complaint on the Head Office website but it didn't accept my email address nor postcode ? Go Figure...! ?
