Ordered a phone and new smart watch on 19th July 25 and collected it 2 days later but the watch was not ready until the Monday or Tuesday after..
I recieved 2 texts and an email to say it was ready for collection and on my arrival the staff bring out the watch . But after tapping on the pc and clearing me through security.. announce I'm not allowed to take it as the system. Won't release it from stock... or something...I'm told they need email tech support and get it resolved might take few days. Well its almost a week.. nothing other than a text (see pic below) I can't reply to saying it's still with tech people... God knows when I will get to collect it.. the shop has no phone you can call!!! How mad is it that you can't call a phone shop...
Since then I have called Vodafone support and customer services. They have no idea what the shop is on about and they can't even contact the shop. They can't help me at all. So I'm at the mercy of the couple of people in the shop and there inability to fix this and frankly lack of interest other than sending an email to tech... have they chased it .. who knows I can't ca them
At what point will they hand over the watch or call me.... madness.. at what point will they admit there is a fork up and order or give me another one or at least have the manager or owner of this franchise contact me..
Shocking customer service.

Went in to sort out my trade in as I am having trouble backing up and transferring data to the new phone , sat down at the table and the man started the transfer process , he didn't tell me that I can't use the phone during the process and he was letting me hold the phone all of a sudden he started barking at me you can't use your phone during yhe process giving me rude sarcastic attitude then said you should know this we close at 6pm it's 5.20pm and the transfer will take hours etc I said who do you think you are talking to like this , I went to the manager Lee and said I want to make a complaint he started to agree with his colleague but his colleagues back was to him so there's no way he would of seen how the guy was giving me bad facial expressions, he tried to help but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and won't return he I will go to Reading where they don't talk to customers like dogs and give them low key snide comments

Needed to buy a phone. They ended up not having in store the one they advertised. They instead upsold me to a more expensive model that is a hugely terrible phone (a TCL) and kept trying to get me to join all their deals. The friendliness of the staff felt super sour when it became obvious it was just for the purpose of sales.

Please avoid this store at all costs, we are a very long-term customer of Vodafone and have a total of four lines out with Vodafone. We have all the latest phones and a iPad which are all paid for and never have we missed a payment with Vodafone. As it?s Christmas time we decided to upgrade and an old furnace they had quite a good deal on adding a new line so we went ahead with the deal.Upon coming home and having a conversation my other half decided to upgrade me as a treat for Christmas as the deal was so good so a couple of days later we came in store to get the same deal for myself, all checks were carried out and credit checked and we were approved straight away.All of a sudden the lovely gentleman who was serving us was called around the back to speak to the owner of the Vodafone store !I had a funny feeling and I said to my other half I bet this is about us. He had been gone around the back for sometime and we were left sitting there waiting to see what was going on, I am severely sighted impaired and have health issues, so moving around wasn?t ideal, but we were happy and excited, so we waited to see what was going on. What came next week could not believe it, the owner had flagged our account up for fraud and put an investigation into our account! Just because Vodafone had a good deal on, and we decided to take another line out , and it was a Christmas present from my other half to me, but because we had a line taken out a couple of days beforehand, we were accused of being up to something and this wasn?t just the computer acting up, because the owner of the store asked for additional Evidence of identification and asked if the phone could be delivered to our address instead of us getting it in store, and we were told by the gentleman on the shopfloor that this was the owners decision! We were absolutely stunned that we were being accused of fraud, considering how long we have been with Vodafone and how much we actually spent with them on all of our devices. We absolutely love our technology! if we just strolled in off the street and tried to get a couple of phones from them over a couple of days then absolutely this would need to be verified I suppose but it?s in black-and-white how long we have been with Vodafone and how much money we spent with them over the years, and the gentleman on the shopfloor agreed that we were good paying customers, and have never missed the payment! Nobody would come out to explain anything to us, and the poor gentleman on the shopfloor was left very frustrated, and we weren?t even given a proper explanation from the owner, who just sat behind, and let the poor gentleman on the shopfloor, do the talking for him! I explained that I have health issues and I am severely sight impaired and we are happy to have the phone delivered to our home address. I told him that we have already made a couple of trips into the store and it isn?t easy getting through town with my health issues. He did not give a carer in the world and flagged our account up for fraud, considering that we are Good paying customers for many years as I said above!Please avoid the store or go to another provider. If you can, since this review is being written. We have ordered a new phone from another provider which we are picking up tomorrow and it?s quite a bit more money because they didn?t have a deal like Vodafone did, but to be honest I would rather pay a lot more money to somebody else , rather than being accused of a fraudster because we decided to get another line out two days after we had the first line put on our account.Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a business owner, I did not know that Vodafone stores are actually franchised, and it?s down to the very owner of the store, I think he needs to go back to college and learn business skills again and do his checks properly on somebody before he accuses them of fraud and flags it up to the main company in a nutshell, we were accused of being fraudsters, because we wanted to take a second line out for a Christmas present by the owner!

Very helpful guys in the shop, although I found out later that I could have got a better deal upgrading by calling vodafone rather than in the shop, but they have to make their money somehow ?

Am debating changing our existing WiFi, telephone, mobile and landline package from Virgin to Vodafone and I was so grateful to find a knowledgeable, real live person in the Vodafone shop in Bracknell Town centre to discuss options with me. Long live the high street stores! The manager was SO helpful and we have until the end of October to decide what to do. His helpfulness alone, not even taking into account how much we would be saving, makes it a no brainer choice really.

Not a good experience really. Going in to do a phone upgrade and there were 2 people working and a third standing there doing bookings, got asked to come back half hour later for my 'booking' and even once I was back still there an hour just to do a phone upgrade ?????. Which my phone wasn't in stock so I then had to come back again! To which I had to book in and come back 25 minutes later again ? for a ten minute faff about to give me a phone.Surely it'd make more sense for that 3rd person to be actually working and helping, rather than paying them to just stand there and occasionally booking someone to come back????
