Needed supplies and was served by a really helpful young lady Georgia, could not help me enough, the que was getting big and she was on her own but did a fantastic job on her own. One man infront of me shouted to the other workers because we could hear them talking but not helping this young lady. .hats off to her professionalism

Had an amazing experience with Serena. She was very helpful and welcoming and took the time to assist me in finding all products that I was looking for and additional products that would work well alongside. Very polite and fantastic customer service skills. Will definitely come back to this store again. Five star experience.

Was served by a lovely lady in the Bracknell store called Rhiannon who went out of her way to help get the product I needed for my husbands birthday. A young lad named drew also helped me to get this heavy product to my car.Amazing customer service all round.
