I called to get a rough estimate for a simple repair ? sewing one side of a backpack handle back on. Before I could even finish explaining, the person on the phone rudely interrupted and told me that I would not call a gardener for a quote for my garden without seeing it?? For god sake, its a handle repair...
I would have accepted his reasoning with a bit of a professionalism, if you don't fancy working Sundays or answer phone calls, then don't advertise your services and phone number online?

Leigh was an absolute incredible gentleman that has been able to provide excellent service on the many occasions I?ve visited. I?ve had no problems whatsoever, His personality is fantastic and the work in which he carries out is always to the highest of standards. Could not recommend him more.

Stupid key cutter.. barely speak english. We already revise our order to only one key. And he created 3 keys instead of 1.
When we complained he said next time speak clearly. We were clear and he was busy looking for the blank keys. Charge us more than we need. Stupid

My bag broke on the seam and it wasn?t a repair I could do myself, So I brought it over to this branch in hope that something could be done.We weren?t sure if it was possible as the layers were very thick. (A well made backpack)The guy that was working said he would try as I done my shopping, I was absolutely thrilled that when I came back and He had managed to repair it, thank you James! I use this backpack for everything!!!! Great service and kindness which you don?t experience everywhere.

Amazing customer service! Daughter came back from school with broken shoe strap. Before heading to the shop and buying a new pair near the end of the school year, I remembered about this repair shop! All fixed in 2 min! Brilliant for the environment too.Don?t throw your shoes before trying to fix them if they are still in good condition! This is the place to go. Thank you for doing your part to reduce waste and save money to your customers!
