My order didn't go through at 1st but he still made sure that we explore other options and ended up leaving with the phone my wife really wanted, happy wife, happy life...great customer service from OMER. Today we went to 3 to upgrade our plan. Steve is so knowledgable, so calm and helpful! I wish all staff are like them. Also shout out to Omar, her remembered us as returning clients, he greeted us politely. Three (3) Bracknell, highly recommended!
