Fantastic place for a great diving experience. The bar staff are very polite and hard working, the bar area has a very relaxed feel with a great selection of beers and wine. The restaurant is another level, the food is amazing, well prepared and the correct sizing portions. The flavours come across well balanced and the menu has a great selection. The waiting staff are very attentive and also welcoming with a little added humour which is always nice to see. This has to be one of my favourite restaurants.

We started our evening at the establishment next door to the Yorkshire Rose but after waiting over an hour and a half for our starters moved to the Yorkshire Rose. The team were incredible. They found us a table and we had our meal within 20 minutes of ordering. They were really busy but the service was friendly and fast. The food was absolutely delicious. We will 100% be back. Our evening started off really badly but the incredible team at the Yorkshire Rose made sure it ended on a high ?????

I had and absolutely wonderful dining experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting with beautiful interiors and a cozy setting that makes you feel right at home. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommended them.

Such a shame. I'd heard so many good reviews on the Yorkshire Rose, however having had lunch here on Father's day I was very disappointed. The pub is lovely and although very noisy the atmosphere was relaxed. We ordered our drinks and starters and the Childrens meals, which arrived in good time and were delicious. After we had finished we ordered our main course which was a choice of roast meats. One hour later we had been told on three occasions that it was "nearly ready" or "just been plated up". When it arrived the beef meal was very nice however the lamb was dry and had obviously been plated for some time before service. The roast potatoes were no better. The manager was a lovely gentleman but I would have preferred to have been told there was a problem and that the food would be delayed, rather than been left to get steadily more frustrated. My son in-laws was treating us to the meal so I felt it inappropriate to complain at the time.

The roast itself was lovely but the prawn cocktail didn?t taste as fresh as I?d have expected for the price. Regret not going for something else but the portions were good and the lamb roast was delicious.
Parking: Lots of spaces as it?s a place perfectly suited for events so was easy to get a spot even for a Sunday roast!

The Yorkshire Rose is always my favourite restaurant when in UK. As a person born and raised with a Mediterranean food I might say that I have found my oasis in UK. Dishes are always delicious ,full of flavors and colors. The service is very fast gentle and friendly. The atmosphere is impressive ,especially in weekends. I fully enjoy this place. Highly recommended. Really surprised by the recent bad reviews.I do not share the same experience at all. Especially in my last visit last Saturday ,I was with friends of mine to have a drink for a small celebration and we enjoyed everything. Especially the food and drinking in the garden.

We came there for a Sunday roast.They sat us down very quickly. We looked at the menu and we're ready to order. From that point it was just bad. It was the slowest service I've witnessed in a long while. We have been waiting for a waiter for over 45 mins and this is after pursuing the staff twice. Drinks arrived quickly. The food arrived over 50 minutes later. Not one apology, nor an explanation.I wonder if this is a place that excels in selling drinks, because the Sunday roast seemed to be a mere hobby.Needless to say how disappointing it was.Oh, we were 7 people.
