The stores air con is broken and the store is really hot.
Picked up some water from the fridge near the freezer section. At checkout was told only staff are allowed the 500ml water bottles and the 2 I had picked were taken and put under the till. I asked for the staff member to have an alternative brought over and she refused told me to go back and get an alternative- not acceptable really when you work on the customer service desk.

Lots of clutter around the shop, making moving around difficult. Shop was extremely hot, much hotter than outside temp. Which made shopping an unpleasant experience. Did manage to purchase most of what I wanted.

Absolutely rude team members this needs looking into immediately as they are all really unhappy or seem to be .the stock is not priced and it's starting to look like a jumble sale .I used to love this store but I will go somewhere else going forward

Really good selection of stuff and really like the shop. Unfortunately I hate going in there at the minute because the shop is unbearably hot and has been for months now. They need to sort out proper ventilation. I doesn't understand how the staff cope working there let alone being able to put on a smile and be polite to customers. Both times I have come out of here recently I have got a headache and felt sick because of how hot it was. There are fans on the tills they need to invest some money in some ventilation.

No air conditioning and astonishingly hot inside. During heatwave days the temperature is dangerously high to the point where every time I have come to this store for longer than 30mins I have felt ill for 2 days afterwards. My heart goes out to the poor employees who have to work in such unsafe conditions. And to the management: no, a couple of tiny living room fans in the corner at the top of the shop pointing uselessly at nothing is not helping a single thing. You lot should be reported for unsafe working conditions.

Hottest day of the year and no air conditioning in the whole building. I was told this is the norm. I would have shopped for longer but it was far too uncomfortable.
