If I could give this more stars I would give it twenty out of twenty the staff are fantastic.My help you with whatever you're trying to find.So I wood harley recommend this store fantastic customer service , luke , which works on grocery , it's very well knowledged margaret, that works on customer services is very helpful i like I said , high rating on stars a if I could put a lot ? on there ?

I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the store, I have always found the staff there to be brilliant, really helpful, courteous, and friendly. They often go out of their way to help people.

Dreadful with my daughter and two very young grandchildren put my shopping through first with two packets of ibruphen paid all fine .. then my daughters weekly shop went through with children?s calpol only to be told we couldn?t have it as the cashier assumed we lived together we explained that it was going to be a different transaction but he was totally adamant and very rude to us and accused us at shouting at him with his hands in a surrendering position!!! Really I explained we were not shouting it was a discussion.. I went to find the manager who agreed with us about the difference house holds and okayed the medication on that note the cashier said he was paid the minimum wage and was fed up with having to deal with people like us .. such an insult he then pushed the shopping through so quickly that we had to tell him to please slow down .. I have never been so insulted and made to feel so embarrassed in all my shopping days at Tesco he?s obviously very unhappy in his job has no customer relations and should not be on the checkouts I only wish I?d had taken his name .. the visit was on the 16/9/24 around 3pm he was on the checkout 3 down from the alcohol section he can not talk to customers in this manner and accuse customers of being aggressive it not in our nature he made us feel very upset I hope this is addressed many thanks

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at a Tesco store. I was deeply disheartened by the way I was treated during my recent visit.
I purchased two items of clothing and paid for them separately to get a distinct receipt in case they didn't fit. Afterwards, I noticed one clothing item still had a security tag. As I was removing it in the designated area, an employee (young male in his early 20s with medium length brown hair) approached me harshly and told me I shouldn't be doing that. Despite my assurances that I had paid, he stood there watching me scan the rest of my groceries, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly judged.
What made this even more troubling is that I am a person of colour. His behaviour made me suspect that my race played a role in how I was treated. As I left, he checked the system to see if I had paid, further implying I was dishonest.
While I understand the need for store security, the employee's approach was inappropriate and humiliating. Tesco must train employees to handle such situations with respect and fairness, ensuring all customers are treated equally.
No customer should endure such discomfort and embarrassment. I hope Tesco takes steps to improve customer service and address racial bias.

A lot of parking though it is awkward getting in and out
Stopped to get a meal deal it is well stocked however they have very little vegetarian or vegan options.

Well organised store and has a good variety of products available like most tesco stores.
Staff are lovely - very friendly and welcoming.

I was so dissappointed at how awful the plants looked outside the Martin's Heron store last week. On the hottest day, they were not watered apart from some DREGS left in the corner of the display trolleys they are stored on but not enough to keep them alive. Such a pitiful sight, I rearranged them so that they were sitting in as much water as possible, same at the Meadows today.....why bother showcasing plants when they are bedraggled and dying. There were plenty of staff to have made an effort to water them....I find it quite upsetting as it doesn't take much to water plants ...does it?

Update to the review below: I finally found a way of getting hold of Tesco?s by WhatsApp online and did get a gift voucher for £15 to repay the overpayment below which we have just cashed in no problem. But it took ages to find some way of contacting the store at first.
?I'm trying to call the store as I have come home and realised I've been overcharged for articles I didn't buy - £14.14. There was confusion at checkout 024 at 15.29 today to do with my Tesco Clubcard - not her fault (in fact, she was very helpful!) - but I don't want to pay for the next customer's shopping too, as appears to have happened! Please answer the phone!?

Vile staff with awful behaviour. There was vomit on the floor outside the front door and we was greeted with a woman who told us they were closed. This was at 21:55, we were not able to finish shopping due to it being 10pm. I understand staff wants to get home as we just come from doing a 12 hour day and needed some food.
The staff came up behind us tapping their watches and waving their arms to escort us out the store. What a rude transaction for paying customers. We can understand labour costs are high but a few minutes after closing for paying customers isn?t a lot to ask for.
I would advise not returning to this Tescos and to find better staff. Tescos should do better.

Rude staff escorting us out at exactly 10oclock when we were just grabbing the last of our shopping. We had worked a long day and had no where in walking distance to go other than here. Really disgusting behaviour for the staff to be tapping their watches and waving their arms to escort us out the store. All we wanted was a ready meal and a drink. They couldn?t even stay open a minute longer. Come on labour costs shouldn?t be that bad just to help a customer out.

I went to check out my big £200+ shop at 9.40pm, 20 minutes before close but there were no checkouts open apart from self-checkouts. This was confirmed my a member of staff. It took me half an hour to checkout because the bagging area was so full and the software couldn't cope. Don't go there.
