Absolutely disgusting. Staff in this shop have never had any training in customer service and are the most unprofessional unhelpful people I have ever met. Refused to take a prescription from a dentist and would not talk to the dentist or accept an email from them. Very smugly advised me to make a thirty mile round trip to collect a new prescription. Guess what ? Took the same prescription to boots who accepted it and served me within five minutes

A typical Tesco superstore. Staff are mostly nice and they sell what you expect them to.

No pharmacy, Tesco north Bracknell on new year's day sign on the counter sent me to a pharmacy in Wrexham nr Slough. Was DESPERATELY ill with flue and secondary infection. Frimley hospital gave me intrevnious antibiotics, saline drip, and antivomiting medication. So was not in the best condition to have to make this long drive. The store was open, why is the pharmacy so privalaged. Why do the people of Bracknell have to have a second rate service for an essential service. Tesco service is definitely falling further, and further behind.in every way. Seriously prefer Costco and Waitrose, staff motivation is much better.

Had to rescan every single item, staff was rude and accused me of not scanning a £1 coffee pot when it clearly showed it as scanned. Didn?t say sorry!

Food quality is absolutely terrible, bought chicken breast, fully slimed and smell of being off. Everything was within date. Also broccoli had what seemed to be a worm. Absolutely disgusting.

The pharmacy is 10 mins per person in the queue. Sort it out.

The absolute slowest click and collect, you can be waiting around 10 mins weekdays,
and weekends 20-25 mins for your order to be brought out.

Great place for shopping ? with lots of parking spaces. There is a pharmacy available inside Tesco. There is fuel station outside the Tesco, which is cheaper than other nearby stations.
There is a car wash available well, but it was not working at the moment.
