I popped in to Superdrug Bracknell to look for a new electric toothbrush because my current one is all rusty. The one I had picked out wasn?t in stock but when I spoke to a colleague she advised me to buy a different one. It was one a few colleagues had bought and loved. The amount of patience Hayley had with me was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt like I was a valued customer. Thank you so much Hayley

I visited Superdrug yesterday because my husband needed to see the Pharmacist. Our doctor sent a referral request for him to visit, we were told that he will receive a call but he didn?t. He tried over and over but no answer which is why I popped in. I was told that the Pharmacist will be in today all day. I appreciate the weekend is busy, he waited over 15 mins to get served. Sarah Mann saw him and was extremely rude. She didn?t even look at the issue and told my husband that nothing was on the system for him to receive a call. Despite a broken process between the GP and Pharmacist, she still has a responsibility to do her job. My husband was extremely annoyed, he mentioned, absolutely pointless going in because she didn?t even bother and said you need to go back to your GP because I can only give you Sudocrem or Savlon. This issue has been ongoing for over a few months and to fobbed off is not great. We will also be changing our Pharmacist because they don?t deserve our business. We will be making a formal complaint because of her mannerism and her lack of duty of care.

Its very sad that my austistic friend and myself are badly treated in that shop for the past years. I suffer from autism spectrum and due to my tinitus and my efforts to hide my disability I am harrassed

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the pharmacy counter at the back of the shop. They truly seem understaffed but are still taking paid appointments and NHS customers for the flu jab.
We got there 15 minutes ahead of our booked flu jab slot. The only member of staff at the counter was trying to deal with at least 4 customers (who seems to be new at the job, and that is totally ok, as people need to start from somewhere) kept asking questions to their pharmacy colleague("s?" - as we could not see how many ppl hiding at the back of the pharmacy, behind the piles of medication) to clarify customers queries at the counter.
She then spoke to us. We paid for our jabs. She gave us a risk assessment form to fill ,which we did quickly but she then disappeared, as she was also dealing with other queries. 20 minutes later and 4 more other customers arrived (all free NHS jabs) who were also waiting for their jabs.
The person responsible for administering the flu jab finally came down... She looked quite scruffy, (we understand everyone can have a bad day), overwhelmed, and started calling the people that arrived after us and had no appointment booked to have their flu jabs... (That is ok, you are already waiting, one of two people in front of you, so be it...)
When "our turn came", she had given the jab to my partner first, who then left the room so I could come in to have mine done.
Fair enough pharmacies have to make-do with the space that is given to them when they rent the space, but it was a extremely small room. It literally fitted two narrow chairs and a really small table, no windows. Extremely claustrophobic.
The desk itself, extremely disorganised, piles of paper all over it. I then noticed that she was using the same pair gloves for the previous customers, my husband and myself and quite possibly, would be using the same gloves for the following customers.
She had the end of a cotton ball on the table, clearly already ripped from before. Table clearly had not been wiped clean. She then rips this left over of the cotton ball and places on my arm after the jab applied. There was no visible sterilisation of her hands, nor new gloves, neither the area she was working on, my arm, nothing. The place looked nasty and dirty. Untidy.
I understand they could potentially be short staffed, as other customers were also complaining whilst waiting to be served/seen, so it is down to Superdrug Head Office to sort this out and give the staff better working conditions, which can reflect on the customer service and the cleanliness of, at least, the pharmacy premises.
At a pharmacy, at least some sort standard of cleanliness is to be expected. I wish I had taken pictures of the particular room I was talking about, as it was disgusting. I wish I had said no to have the jab administered, but I had already paid for it and by then, as mentioned previously, was waiting for almost half hour.
Unfortunately, a very bad experience, not going back there, specially for a flu jab.
I do hope Superdrug's Head Office get their act together and provide support to the pharmacy staff of that branch so they can be able to perform to a better standard.

Absolutely brilliant service!
I came in today to buy some beauty products due to the fact that; 1. I needed them, but; 2. Halifax shut down and the Post Office couldn't take my silvers cause they didn't equal £10 so, I had to just live with it. ?
Anywho, I get to the counter and start apologising profusely for offloading, what can only be described as the entire London Mint's worth of silver pennies onto this poor cashier. She takes it like an absolute CHAMP!
She comforts me telling me it's fine, that it's alright, we crack a few jokes about it and we help eachother out with this mammoth of a transaction. I never got the lady's name but, LUV! If you're reading this, thank you so much for your patience today! You turned what would've been an absolute NIGHTMARE for me into an absolute JOY~! Have a good one and see you again soon~!! ??
Hopefully not with as many pennies next time! ??

Buy most of my health and beauty products from here. I use the pharmacy too but it needs better management, often late opening due to locums travelling in

Well contrary to my other reviewers this is the best ever Superdrug I have been too. I was greeted with a warm smile at the entrance. My business was with the pharmacy and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. No doubt I will be back. This branch is the masterclass, the gold standard if you will of Superdrugs

Whilst they take blister packs they are my favorite pharmacy! Thank you!But I do t like this new cards with crazy high prices if you decide you don't want a card for them to harvest your data. I hate all the shops doing this now
