Rubbish shop! If you order online (pay £5 for delivery) you can't return to store. You need to pay again £5 and send it back. Absolutely ridiculous!

Items that are purchased online can not be returned to store for your convenience. They seem like they are doing everything to frustrate the customer. Have to pay to return wrong sized items instead of just returning them to a local store.

Don't work at this company they offer you a zero hour contract management is not great plus can't get refunds they should be online only as a special needs person i didn't really feel like I was ever important they over spend meaning the shift u would of had would be cancelled whatever stock is out is out nothing in the bank you'll be waiting 15 plus minutes to be served for shoes

I had been to the Sports Direct Bracknell shop on Saturday 16 Nov 2024. I was looking for an adidas trainer and selected one from the main display and asked the sports direct employee to bring me the required size shoe to which the employee very rudely shrugged off and said to find the required shoe size box by myself from one of the other rack. It felt very rude and non professional as it is their job to serve the customers and bring up the right size shoe - it is what are expected to do. Customers don't work there and should not be expected to help on their own. Very rude and non professional staff.

Worst service ever! Conner and Beth need to be fired. They clearly don't understand the 14 days refund. They attitude and unclear company policy which they have adapted in the store has created a toxic working environment which they are influencing their 'causal sales staff. poor customer service. Poor website and lack of common sense.

Want to start off strong so basically his lad Koen assisted me to find the perfect football boots for me. We had a long discussion on why adidas are not ideal for people with wide feet which really helped in the purchase. This tipped really helped and i was able to make a great purchase and fell comfortable whilst playing. People like this go unnoticed a lot but we need to appreciate people who help like this more often I will definitely be returning in the late future for more purchases.
