“My bag broke on the seam and it wasn’t a repair I could do myself, So I brought it over to this branch in hope that something could be done.We weren’t sure if it was possible as the layers were very thick. (A well made backpack)The guy that was working said he would try as I done my shopping, I was absolutely thrilled that when I came back and He had managed to repair it, thank you James! I use this backpack for everything!!!! Great service and kindness which you don’t experience everywhere.”
