Very rude staff. I stood waiting at the night window for 5 minutes while the staff stacked shelves then when the elderly serving gentleman finally noticed me, he arrived and asked "wadd'ya want?" not, "hello mate, what can I do for you" or anywhere close, just, "wadd'ya want?"... Very rude. When I asked him for "wot I wan'ed" he complained and told me "we don do tha". Terrible customer service (this complaint is coming from someone that worked CS for over 15 years so I am always on the side of the person serving. This guy however needs to find a new job. I felt like I was the that should have been paid during this exchange.

Nice enough shop and garage but the toilet! Shell and Waitrose sort it out. No soap, looks like it hasn?t been thoroughly cleaned for years. And there?s no way that it?s a fully accessible disabled toilet.

If I was you I would not stop here for the toilet, it is quite possible the worst toilet I have been in the smell of wee hits you before you e en open the door, I could not tell you the last time it was cleaned or decorated there is black mould on the tiles and the general toilet space is gross, will not be using it again. Absolutely revolting.

Useful for a quick stop to grab a few groceries, but really disappointing to see the EV charger had been broken for several months now.Would not recommend coming here to get w charge as there is no alternative charging station.
