Having, frustratingly, used Boots & predominately Lloyd's for decades I then changed to Priestwood Pharmacy which came recommended. It's further to travel but well and truly worth it. Jay the Pharmacist is exceptional, goes the extra mile, and the staff are polite, caring, efficient & extremely helpful, thus customer care is second-to-none. I'm relieved and pleased I changed Pharmacy. Highly recommend ?

I have been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now and cannot fault them. All staff are friendly,caring and professional. They will always go the extra mile and I feel that it is run with integrity. I would be devastated if I had to go elsewhere!

Always had a friendly customer service at Priestwood Pharmacy.Good advice given when asked, it may take a little longer to get the prescription but its an issue everywhere.As a regular customer they are aware of my needs

Based on several visits , unorganised, very very slow , today popped in to collect my daughter inlaws prescription. They have been sat on it for 2 and half days and done nothing with it . Told 20 to 30 minutes wait . Is always a painfull experience using this pharmacy.

Was in search of 2 prescribed medicine which they provided me in a day time. Appreciate the service that they provided in the situation when no pharmacy was available to deliver my meds. Had misunderstanding from my end for which they called me up and explained and would trust them on this for future. Thanks.

Genuinely so disappointed in this pharmacy. The customer service on the counter is appalling by one of the individuals. Never welcoming, never willing to help. Any tasks seems like a chor. Because of this I will never return to use this service.
