Stayed two nights at this hotel. First night of rest, after an 8 hour drive, was somewhat overshadowed by a range of disturbance noises throughout the night, from what sounded like rattling mechanical equipment above the ceiling. On attempting to find night reception staff to register a complaint with, none were available on the desk, and the ring for attention button was not clearly visible.Overall, the experience did not match the 'Premier Inn Guarantee' of a good night sleep.Morning staff were apologetic, switched rooms for our second night, and offered breakfast complimentary due to the poor experience.Where the breakfast was appreciated, a restful sleep would have been more beneficial.Overall the receptuon staff were helpful when available. Awaiting customer service response to the failure to provide the company guarantee.

I don't like leaving middling reviews, I'd rather just leave it, but I felt a little misled with what I read before booking, so I want to share our experience - maybe it was just the room we were given. Let me start with the positives: the price was very good for this stay. The staff at reception were all really nice, friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate us, including early check-in and trying to help fix things. Nice to have the restaurant next door, that was good, and so is the location, a short walk to Bracknell town centre. No smell of weed during our stay and we felt safe, so plenty of positives. Beyond that though, I'm sorry to say the room was dusty and smelled dank and musty, the sheets had hairs on and things felt dirty, the bedside furniture was chipped or broken and everything just felt a bit old and in need of attention. There was also part of an old couch or something under the bed. I would not call this a 3 star hotel, more like 2 star. The room and amenities were pretty bare bones, no safe, tissues, conditioner etc. The sheet provided for the travel cot was not clean and we had to ask for another. We also asked for the room to be cleaned once in the 3 nights we stayed and it wasn't. Again, staff on reception were great and did what they could, for that it gets 3/5 stars for a review, but I wouldn't call this a 3 star hotel.

The hotel wasn't the cleanest - our room and corridors needing hoovering. There were meant to be soft pillows available in the room, but my wife had to ask in reception at 2am for some, as it was like sleeping on bricks.Only one large towel in the bathroom available initially; we had to get another from reception (room was a double). In the morning, my wife had a fairly warm shower, but right afterwards, my shower only had tepid water available.Staff were pleasant and helpful, but I wouldn't recommend it for a stay.

Unfortunately, our room needed some attention. The loo didn't flush properly, and we had to use a bottle of water each time we used it. I was very disappointed that our room was left uncleaned and no fresh towels were provided. The service has gone downhill in these places, cutting costs but not the prices ?

Room was good. Comfy. Quite a high bed. No usb charging points for info so take any chargers you need. Booked with breakfast and was well worth it. None of your dried out food under hot lights here, all refreshed regularly and you get fried eggs not scrambled.Maybe not the most organised place, reception was mostly empty and even though they supposedly reserved us a table for breakfast we were just told to find ourselves a table when we got there. In the restaurant it would help if they put a 'breakfsst routine' sign to let you know how it works. Queuing for hot food to find the cutlery back by the door you came in and having to do your own toast means your food is going cold. No high speed toasters here!Comfy room and good food, just needs a bit of fine tuning. Would certainly stay there again.

We stay at this particular hotel often. This time we had to meet my son for Christmas so for the first time ever we had booked a big room for people with disabilities. We arrived at 3.30pm and were given room No1.Advantages of the room:- size of the room and the en-suite- number of mains sockets in the roomDisadvantages:- air conditioner is NOT working. My husband saw the receptionists 5 times and they tried their best but it has not improved the performance of the air conditioner. Because of my heart condition we had to sleep with the window open (25th December!)- both room and en-suite are tired and in need of redecoration- very pure lighting: not enough lights and those that are there are dull.- coat hanger rail is far too low and only 3 out of 6 hangers are there.- blood stains on the pillow- the light bulb above the mirror in the bathroom is not working. Will we stay in this room again? - NO, but we like staying in this hotel. So, please improve the room.Food & drinks: Nice pub Weather vane is attached to the hotel provides good food and very convenient

You can't really beat a Premier Inn when it comes to value and locations. This particular one is located perfectly for Lapland UK. The atmosphere and welcome at the hotel is lovely. Rooms were adequate with all the normal bits. Parking was plentiful. Overall great as always. Pub next door is very handy and great selection too.

Very pleased with both the Premier Inn and with the Brewer's Fayre adjacent. Pleasant park area just next to the complex too. Nice for an after-breakfast stroll.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit family in Bracknell and do some festive shopping. Good Central location. Staff both in Premier Inn and Wayfarer restaurant next door very friendly. Room was clean and stocked with essentials. Marked down one star as decor throughout tired and grubby looking, ie carpets. Otherwise peaceful enjoyable stay.Nearby activities: Lexicon shopping close byWalkability: Lexicon shopping 10 min walk away, easy to navigate.Noteworthy details: Lots of families staying to visit Lapland UK

Terrible room smelt mouldy and stale was mould above window, room was too warm ac didn't work. Blood stained pillows in cases and hair in bed that was ment to be fresh bedding thank god it was only for 1 night. Very dated. Took 15 mins to check in as staff just ignored the check in que and people had to keep ringing the bell whilst they walked past and ignored the que.
