The DIY section has dramatically reduced, don't have want i wanted 1 times, had to go elsewhere. Seems to have more clothes and women's products than anything else

There use to be an abundance of Home DIY. But unfortunately there is only a small selection.... I use to buy items from there several times a week but now only go once a month.... wd love to see you expand that section again

Was disappointed with what they offered and the prices. I expected more pound poundland. Also, it is not a huge selection of goods, hence a 3 star.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Poundland store on [insert date]. I went in to buy some items, and everything was fine until I got to the till. When it was time to pay, I offered a £50 note, as I didn?t have enough coins or my card. To my shock, the cashier refused to accept it, saying it?s company policy not to take £50 notes.
I couldn?t believe it! This is the UK, and £50 notes are legal tender. What?s even worse, there was no sign or notice at the entrance or anywhere in the store to inform customers of this policy. It?s incredibly inconvenient and disrespectful to customers to spring such a rule on them without warning.
As a result, I won?t be shopping at Poundland anymore. Stores like Home Bargains treat customers with more respect, and they often have cheaper products anyway. I hope Poundland reconsiders this ridiculous policy and starts properly communicating with its customers.

loads of free parking and blue badge disability ....it gets very busy very early every day of the week ...
it's a massive store ...
a very large selection of mens womens and children s clothing...
as with every pound land a great selection of most products and a large selection of freezer and fridge...
many tills and self service even though it was busy the que s went very quick ....
