“Happy with the service 99% of the time. Post office has great "out of hours" service ~ early mornings, late evenings and sundays too. Makes life much easier for me. All staff do a great job; lets be honest; they're under paid, over worked and have to put up with a lot of sh!t from the general public. I'd actually say service levels have improved since the old days when the PO counter was at the back of the shop. *****”
“I don’t know the name of the young lady working in the post office when I went in, but she was super helpful. I paid in an old £20 note I had found (for an emergency) and she also gave me the form / envelope to be able to send my stamps back. Always nice to get super efficient service with a friendly smile.”
“Had to collect a parcel from here and was expecting a bad experience after the reviews but had a good experience. Rang the evening before to check when I could collect it, the guy who answered was helpful and polite. Had a similar experience when I collected the parcel. 👔

“Staff always very polite . Although people know that at lunch time it will get busier , still get frustrated if someone like myself have to fill a dvla form. I've waited for my turn and people just have to wait. Sorry 'screaming lady' and 'rude gentleman ' . Get there at less busier times if you not prepared to wait!!!”
