Post Offices in Bracknell, Berkshire

“On 12 and 13 Dec 2023 around 7.40pm | took several Xmas parcels to the Post Office inside Morrisons at Birch Hill. I find it convenient to use the Post Office at this time because queues tend to be smaller. You are served at the front of the shop at a dedicated Post Office counter. I was served both days by the excellent Cameron who was a star, despite having been very busy that shift. Thank you Cameron!By contrast, I understand that the daytime Post Office queues early this week have been enormous so the Post Office had to close at one point.”

“I don’t know the name of the young lady working in the post office when I went in, but she was super helpful. I paid in an old £20 note I had found (for an emergency) and she also gave me the form / envelope to be able to send my stamps back. Always nice to get super efficient service with a friendly smile.”

“Always friendly and helpful, but always understaffed - now leading to ridiculously short opening hours for package collection. That doesn't affect their service when they *are* open, though.”

“Staff always very polite . Although people know that at lunch time it will get busier , still get frustrated if someone like myself have to fill a dvla form. I've waited for my turn and people just have to wait. Sorry 'screaming lady' and 'rude gentleman ' . Get there at less busier times if you not prepared to wait!!!”
