I rarely leave bad comment. I used to have nice service and nice people working there. Yesterday, I was to collect the parcel and the lady working for the Post office told me " i am working here for years but I do not know how to do it". I was shocked and wait a while for the single person to give my parcel. Today, I wanted to send 2 heavy parcels at 9 am and the post office and shop were closed...crazy!! Birch Hill has a nice post office.

Very good post office always trying to help as much as possible. I don't know why people are starting to get their anger out here on Google reviews site, but I see that very often stupid people only moan about every stupid detail instead of being happy for small things

The service can be a bit slow at times, especially when there are so many people coming in to drop off their parcels, but the customer service is top notch. I find all the staff are extremely polite and very helpful. If you need help with anything they are always willing to help out.

Place closed today due to staff shortage but no one bothers to update it on Google so I just wasted a trip here

Very inconsistent. Post Office always opens and closes at random and not at the times on the door. It's pot luck whether it's open or not. I'm not sure why the Post Office is closed when the shop is still open.
