Wheelchair accessibility: the kiosks can change level if someonenis on the wheelchair, not to mention the toilets as well as the entrance is also wheelchair friendly

Waited 35 minutes to takeaway food, Was warned by the staff that it would be a long wait so appretiate that, Food was delicious worth the wait although would have liked more sauce in the burgers. Only thing that was fustrating was that alot of deliveries were coming in and being prioritised over the people waiting in store. Was very clean! & was two lovely members off staff not sure of there names that were very apologetic about the wait & very helpful overall!

1st time in a Popeye?s and sadly it might be my last, ordered 1 peritoneal of chicken tenders and waiting 25 mins for my order and heard many other people complain about the wait and wrong items in their orders, this was at 15:30 in the afternoon and they were busy but it was not exactly peek times. When food did arrive I was not overly impressed either, chicken was ok, overcooked and dry, but the coating was terrible, tasted like eating raw flour. I hope this is not representative of all Popeye?s

Very poor experience 3hr waiting time the female Thai manager should re think if the job is right Also Caribbean black lady barging people out the way Shouting is extremely rude and abuse And assault stop blaming it on the young kids that work here it?s a lack of your managerial skills To delegate jobs And run a successful company !

Have been waiting over 2 hours for an order, no contact or anything, been through 5 delivery drivers and nothing, not even a courtesy call to let us know why it is delayed, and no way of calling the restaurant to find out why it is delayed
Update: arrived 3 hours and 15mins after order, food was cold, wrap had spicy chicken instead of regular chicken, no drinks and no sauce which was ordered

New business, and it's already on the way to be a bad one. Whoever is the owner/ manager should rethink the position they hold. They are open for pick up and delivery. However, they can not fulfil the orders. It should be expected that with new business you will be busy. Instead of stopping online orders to enable the progress of the one already in a queue, and reopen when possible, they still accepting it. Waiting time when you come to collect its between 30-1 h. As well no walk-in.
With the small restaurant like that, staff can't do much. They are nice and polite about it, but it's above they paygrade to explain to people why you have such a backlog in orders. As well the quality of food is average as they are rushing through the service.. I hope after a while it would get better

the wait time was over 40 minutes but staff were so so so lovely specially Ash and Emma and Ryan they helped us out so much , food was great but overall brilliant
