Went into pets yesterday to have my mad cocker spaniel layla a new harness fitted. Was greeted at the door, asked the young man and he sent me to a girl called summer to fit layla with her new harness. Summer was super helpful and sweet with my doggie, very knowledgeable and although it was quite busy, she took her time and made sure we were happy and had what we needed. ?? great staff great experience, thanks guys!

Went to pets at home to get some meal worms, they was sold out so I asked one of the assistants when they was getting more to my surprise he said their order had just arrived, I had to wait for a while and at last I got what I wanted. My experience was better than I expected.

Lovely store, but upon visiting today a lady with pink hair that works at this store- I did not get her name. She stated it was her day off today but she was in the store speaking very rudely to other staff members and bossing them around.
A customer then asked the lady with pink hair are you the manager? And she responded with no I?m not.
Everyone was just as shocked as myself. Really disappointing to see people speaking to staff and customers as this lady was, as if she owned the company.

Big Pets at Home store at Peel Centre. Here for grooming of my daughters Cockapoo and she has used a number of times before. On this occasion, she was happy that requests were carried out and the dog seemed happy enough on return. For medium-sized long-haired, it was £58, increased price on last time. Store also has Vets section and sells live animals like guinea pigs, hamsters, and aquarium fish. Service was pretty good.
