Just had my finger and toe nails gelled ready for my holiday. What a fantastic experience and a great start to my holiday. Very friendly staff, from booking to leaving. Lovely clean and fresh salon. Will definitely recommend and visit there again. Thank you Jose. ?

Get ready to be robbed and infected if you go there. I went in for a waxing, half leg initially, the worker had convinced me to do full legs saying it's only £5 more, she did a patchy job but I let it slide as it was 5pm and she seemed tired. I let the worker take customers while she's still working on me few times, leaving me to wait for "two minutes" which turns to be 15 minutes every time. The wax was very hot, the waxing job was bad and now after few hours I have a rash all over my legs from the wax.The worker has charged me an extra £12 claiming she did more waxing than she should. I trusted her with the sum, I paid with my card without checking. Then I noticed that the payment is too high, she added in an additional waxing that was never done! I showed her but she still took the money and refused to give a refund!What a thief! Not only I'm never going back, I will make sure to tell all of the 125 flats in my building which is 5 minutes walk from your business the full story, you've lost a considerable amount of business for a theft of £12. No wonder you no longer trade at the town centre.
