Had a very bad experience because of staff member who was at the till.My 2 year old little one was excited with the shoe collections at this outlet and I wanted to purchase one for her. When I chose 3 shoes and asked for size availability i was literally humiliated by the lady as she asked are you going to purchase one and said you either chose one because if you are not purchasing all 3 shoes there is no point in sending my colleague to the store room to check and bring those shoes and again send him back to arrange those. I felt very disappointed with the funny tone and body language of her. I really wanted to purchase a shoe for my kid and but I made a point to never visit the shop again..very bad experience. I would definitely share this to my friends to ensure even they are not humiliated because of skin colour. I had to come back with a very bad experience with my little one being disappointed.
