A great location, good food and beverages and excellent service from very attentive staff. However, the cashier, though fast and efficient and smartly dressed, she looked bored, without smile or any welcoming sign and with abrupt delivery.

Chicken was so under cooked there was blood showing. This restaurant needs being checked out. Waitress showed no interest.

The food and staff are great. Nando?s is brilliant and has a large range of options available for everyone. Just don?t let anybody put extra git sauce in your chips when you get up.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options for non meat eaters here
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has a large range of products designed with children in mind and advocates for spice tolerance very well
Wheelchair accessibility: Lifts are available in store for wheelchair users

So I'm retracting my previous ... shocked I enjoyed a Nandos review. I went in lunch time today for a birthday lunch. We were shown to the most ridiculous table bearing in mind we had a pushchair & needed a high chair, so it made everything awkward as we were trapped in the circular booth.
The food was awful. It takes great skill to cook thigh meat until it's dry. My meal looked slapped together. The garlic bread was dry & over cooked. My poor granddaughters chicken was so dry national lampoon's Christmas vacation came to mind. A paper towel would have been more moist & tasty.
The service was rubbish. The waitress looked like she didn't want to be there & no one came back to check on our meals.
The majority of the meals were left.
Bring back being asked what you want rather than ordering via the app too as that kept crashing.
It's a HUGE thumbs down from me today.
You've restored my dislike for Nandos today.

The food is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They took a long time to bring my dessert (and when it did materialise it did so without a spoon so I had to go back for one), and they need to bring out a jug of tap water and glasses when asked to, for I may be fully mobile, but a number of people I know are most certainly not.

Brother gorg does not enjoy chared Korn. Great food since rishi sunkak enjoys Nando?s I?m his biggest fan. Naughty words on the butter packets not okay Nando?s Bracknell. Overall decent time would reappear.

Usually no big issues with the food because of that I haven?t gave 1 star, but yesterday I have ordered for collection a portion of salad with chicken thighs, from yesterday evening I am sick, nausea and diarrhoea, I am still feeling very bad, I have a friend who has eat the same, a burger with thighs and him is also in the same situation. I haven?t eat anything yesterday except the salad and the chicken from you.
