My Son got married yesterday in a complete outfit, except the shoes, from Moss Bros. Bracknell.
My Son & I, along with the 3 others main male members of the wedding party attended the Bracknell store, about a month ago for a fitting appointment. Colour & style had already been predetermined by The Bride, so we really just had to find matching suits to fit. No easy task, when one of the guys had to have everything in the smallest size they do & another had to have pretty much the largest they do!! Myself, My Son & The Best Man are all normal sized!! We got there in the end, with the help of the very patient Nazifa.
With the big day over & the store being open on Sundays, I took the opportunity to return the suits today. Callum was very helpful making sure we both checked that all items from the 5 outfits had been returned.
Good value & good service, although a coffee would?ve been nice during our visit! But I guess you don?t want the risk of coffee being spilt in store!!

Wayne?s guidance and help to buy a dinner suit for my son today was invaluable. Wayne was patient and attentive and he made sure we found the right pieces for a great fit and the just look we were after. Fab! Thank you Wayne ?

I booked a free 1:1 styling advice appointment for my son as he was looking for ideas for his prom. When we arrived at the store we were asked by a lady what we have in mind and was pointed in the direction of the options they have in store and leaving us to our own devices. Really disappointed that you offer this type of service that you couldn't deliver. A wasted a trip to Bracknell.

We went in last minute for a suit for my partner who is very big built but slim, we had found it impossible to find one for him anywhere but Wayne was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we found one that fit perfectly after trying on so many different materials and cuts! Highly recommend and will be back next year for his wedding suit! Thank you again.

Wayne was great at finding a suit and size best to fit me and made a great experience.
However when it came to payment I was overcharged £40, and when I contacted customer services they said the prices on the tags were old and there was nothing they can do about it. Be sure to check how much items cost with a person

Wayne and Callum where excellent. Really good vibes. Nothing was to much trouble. Helped us find an excellent suit. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wayne was excellent. Walked into the store, told him what I was after and presented the sizes for me. Helped with the colour matching and showed me what would work with other suits.

Wayne was incredibly kind and helpful. He provided excellent customer service to return an incorrect sized suit and order a new suit which fits perfectly. Extremely happy with the quality of the suit and would recommend his store.

I've been to 5 different stores and branches looking for a suit for my wedding at the appointment I had at Moss Brothers Bracknell with Wayne was brilliant. As soon as we got in there, he took the time to listen and understand what I've been looking for ; style, fit, colour etc . Wayne had a great energy, it was the best appointment I've had by a long way. As well as looking at styles/ colours I'd thought of he offered some alternatives and have taken his advise! Can't recommend Wayne and the store enough

Clearly they don?t take customers feedback seriously as per other reviews. I?ve been to the store twice looking for a suit and I wasn?t even looked at by the staff who were busy on their phones! When I was at Windsor branch I purchased an item and asked for it to be delivered to my local Bracknell store. Today I went again and spoke to Michael who completely wasted my time, and was not interested in helping me at all. I asked if my item was at the store, said he couldn?t check it, I showed him the confirmation email with my name, order number etc but he said he can?t check this?? Then he went to the storeroom saying he will check it but didn?t take any details, went back and said it?s not here. I?ve left and decided to call Windsor branch and was advised the item is at the store! What a waste of time! He didn?t even apologise for the inconvenience when I went back AGAIN to eventually collect it and return. Won?t do business at this store again.
