Fed up with prices being raised if you don't enter into the store card....so I walked out.
Those cards are immoral as they punish anyone under 18 who can have a card but still wants to do a shop....there are plenty of teens who want to but some food to cook with!

I cannot believe how Morrisons can allow the cafe and store to be so cold.
In the Cafe not enough staff, service was slow and food arrived cold. Then I did a small shop but as the store was so cold I left early.

Very poor breakfast, sausages I couldn't get a knife in, what could have been tomato but micro nuked so avoided, tables were not wiped so old food on tops, floor etc. Worst food I can recall. Coffee and hot chocolate not functioning. Big signs saying scan to order staff advised not functioning.

Why do Morrisons always make a point in their adverts of promoting they have a butchers when every time you go to it they have pre packed the meat earlier surely the point of a butchers is to be able to select the thickness or size of the cut you want. Basically they are exactly the same as all other supermarkets.

This has always been my go to store.
Sadly it has become so badly managed.
There are never enough staff, so when using the self checkout I have to wait forever to get someone to approve. This is through no fault of the staff member however as they are on their own.
The store looks dirty and the shelves are never stocked. Just looking at the frozen foods fridges they are full of ice and need to be cleaned.
All this yet your pricing is practically the same as Waitrose.
Also, a WARNING to all. Check your slips as discounts are often not applied.
Went for breakfast which i never really do, however the area was absolutely filthy. When were the seats last actually cleaned. Cutlery seems to have been there since 1920.
