Excellent service from Natalie and the other two staff at the Bracknell store. I went to purchase walking boots for my children they were all very helpful friendly and accommodating. A great asset to the store and send my thanks!!

Lovely experience last week with the friendly staff who welcomed me and my dog. Place is very dog friendly which allowed me to do my shopping at easy as I needed some last minute items for my hoilday. Shop is clean and easy to navigate. Natalie and her colleges on the day were all very lovely and I will definitely be back, with the pup ?

Visited shop jacket that was on sale, not available in my size, so assistant ordered in my size, at no extra cost. The coat arrived within 23 hours of the order. Excellent service assistant was really helpful and very polite.

Friendly staff, have most things to need to a camp or walk in the UK. Not great for anything extreme but I do think that fits most if their clients. Some good deals, some things over priced. Do your research before you buy!
