Ordered via Uber eats. 7 different riders turned down Order in a hour due to it falling back to "being prepared". Previous order was missing a drink and straw and dips. I popped in last week for a simple milkshake, 35min wait.
Find someone who has "manager" on their badge and give them the definition of what that actually means. You have put in self order kiosks and take deliveries. Surely this should change your business practices, whatever is in place is not working.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with NO cheese. Instructions even detailed on the box. Open it up & it has cheese. Not rocket science is it. Very poor!

Overcrowded by delivery drivers l. Clearly prioritise over customers ordering for themselves, noisy and jammed. Most likely not suitable for ppl with special needs. Atmosphere of rush and low amount of care

The wrap came chilli sauce & not bbq sauce which I have allgergy against chilli sauce I was sick after 1 bit of the wrap. Plus we had a beef cheese burger with no sauce but it came with sauce after stated no tomato sauce & all of it stone cold,the tea leaked into the bag & all over my carpet & the tea was cold no milk no sugar chips was cold unpleasant to eat very disappointed I shall not order from Macdonald's again & will not use delivery roo again I shall tell all my friends & Family not to use deliveryroo & Macdonald's

I placed an order and the machine accepted my money.
Waited and then chased as my order was on screen to collect. Then I was told no milkshakes - I cancelled my whole order and was refunded. Customer Service? What a joke!

I went in there today and ordered a chicken select meal and I didn?t even get my fries which comes with the meal! I tried calling them but they didn?t answer and I had already made it home. This isn?t the first time they?ve messed up my order and it?s getting a bit too much now! It?s literally causing an inconvenience because now I have to check to see if I have everything I ordered and as a company like McDonald?s why would you let your customers double check if they got everything they ordered? Worst experiences ever at this place which is very unfortunate.

Had a fantastic experience at McDonald's! The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was exactly what I was craving. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a great spot for a quick meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty food and excellent service. Well done, McDonald's! ???
