The quality of m&s food never disappoints. The regular and cheese scones were very tasty however you do need to buy your own jam and cream separately which is quite irritating. The strawberry matcha is very tasty and I would definitely try if you like sweet matcha.

Very polite staff and food is decent. But there are not enough staff for peak hours so I felt bad for the ones serves huge queues and rushing around to clean tables and serve food. Staff is great but management needs to think about peak hours and provide appropriate level of staffing.

Today I bought a delicious bun in your store, and decided to drink coffee in your cafe (I do this every Sunday), I was very disappointed, the older woman forbade me to eat the bun (bought in your store) so that I could only drink coffee in your cafe. Very grateful for the service!!!

Do not order poached eggs. Firstly they forgot to serve me my eggs on my smashed avocado but they arrived in a bowl. They were most definitely not poached eggs but hard boiled eggs. When I went to ask for some fresh poached eggs they said that is how they have to cook them!! Awful. My poor daughter was so apologetic as she was treating me for Mothers Day!!

Dreadful breakfast. When I complained I was told ?that?s the eggs we use?. Eggs supposed to be poached but I would t be surprised if the were precooked and heated up. They were inediable. The eggs Benedict and eggs Royal were expensive and disgusting. Too salty, swimming in sauce, bullet eggs.

We ordered 2 potato on their screen system., one with cheese, one with beans and cheese. First offering was 2 potatoes with beans. Second offering was one potato with beans one with beans and cheese. The waiter then argued with us that this was the order. it was only by showing him the receipt that he reluctantly at third attempt brought the correct order. Tables had not been cleared of plates etc. Food was OK- this was the only meal that we both ate the same during that day and we both ended up with stomach issues? Venue is noisy (all hard surfaces which do not absorb sound) and workmanlike. In my view a place to avoid.

Service and freshness of pastries need improvement. Long queues and small cup sizes were disappointing. Management should prioritize enhancing food quality and cup size.

Waited in queue to get to the front.... Was advised when got to the front "no chicken burger" ah okay, I'll have the fish and chips theb "no fish and chips". What's the point in advertising you have this food if you in fact... Do not. No sign advertising as such. Hugely disappointed.

Very unfriendly staff who do not care. Tried to put us off ordering food that needed to be made. Should have heeded the warning - ended up waiting over 35 mins for a breakfast roll. Tables are not cleared or cleaned. Avoid.

Couldn?t be slower. Food served in/on paper as the dishwasher wasn?t working. Lack of staff first thing is always an issue with people queuing.

Tuesday mornings parent and baby coffee mornings have been great. Big shout out to Laura and all the staff. The service is always excellent!
