worst lady manager/owner ever. Ms. Mehr needs training on professionalism and good customer service. Turns her back while talking to her. sends student customers out if not buying. disgusting!!! apparently this has been experienced by many. sad to have this kind of service. upon students entering right away will be asked ?are you buying or not? if not stay outside? whaaaat kind of store is this???? really disgusting

this is my local shop but today they asked my sister to stand outside while i pay and she refused becuase there were teenage boys outside and then the lady took my stuff and kicked us out for no reason . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

Mrs mayor is probably one of the rudest shop owners I have ever come accross! I actually dread and refuse to go in this shop while she is there! No community spirit and generally makes you not want to spend money in her shop. Mr mayor on the other hand, is a great person, really gets involved with the community, helps wherever he can. Nothing is ever too much for that great man. He's very polite! Think she needs customer service training. Absolutely aweful the way she speaks to her Locals. I will say though the rest of the staff can't be faulted
