Might not be the shops fault but they don?t take collect + through Royal Mail, I specifically went here as the collect+ website and Royal Mail said they would take my letter, however, was told they don?t.

These people have no idea what is customer care or just general politeness. Rude, dismissive staff. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else. This place is the definition of unprofessionalism and although the convenience I prefer drive more and give my money to someone else.
Back to the basic guys, it does not really take much.

I just tried to return a parcel at this spar shop. The front till worker is clueless and unhelpful. Worse the UPs collection person or one f the staff that collect is rude. Asked me to follow into their room and continued to argue and swear at me. What a great service!!! I think UPS Need to change the location or be associated with such as rubbish shop and work ethics

For a small shop I was very pleased to be greated by the keeper and they have a nice selection off everything. Very handy when you're driving a lorry. Well done.
