I had a flat tyre on my way to a customer, miles from home, and called the Bracknell branch in a bit of a panic. I spoke to Robert Snape, who reassured me that if I could make it in, he and the team would take care of it, and they absolutely did. When I arrived, Robert and the team welcomed me, explained the process clearly, checked the tyre, showed me the puncture, and laid out my options with full transparency. They replaced the tyre quickly, kept me informed throughout, and were friendly and professional from start to finish. In a stressful situation, their calm, honest, and supportive approach was outstanding. Robert and his team turned a bad morning into a positive experience, and they?ve won my business and recommendation without a doubt.

Outstanding customer service from Joe today! While waiting for my tyres to be replaced, I witnessed Joe dealing with some challenging customers professionally and efficiently. I only hope that the Kwit Fit management recognises and appreciates what an asset Joe is to Kwik Fit. Oh and great work replacing my damaged tyres btw ?

Robert Snape who dealt with us and our very difficult insurance company was absolutely fantastic and helped us all the way. Really feel he was so patient and professional. Really friendly service and advice, we never felt pressured to spend extra on silly things etc like at other places we've been too. He has alerted us to a problem with our car (he was 100% correct with what he thought the problem is, my brother in law is a mechanic and confirmed same problem) we are now in process of getting it fixed. Will definitely recommend Bracknell branch and Robert to friends and family

Got let down by another tyre centre the. Not only did this Kwik Fit have the tires for my car in stock (weird size) they fit me in that morning and got me on my way. Price matched the other tyre centre and all round great service.
Wheel was slightly bent (pothole) so also sent me a recommendation on who could help me fix it same day.
5/5 for everything. Great service and will be coming back again!
