One of the ladies (did not get her name) was lovely today. I popped in to put my Prescription in and told her I had to go back to my car as my little one had fallen asleep on route there. I asked if she could wave when it was ready, but she came out to ask a question and also came out when my Prescription was ready. It was cold and raining.Top service from this lovely lady.

Shop should be split.. one half for retail the other for prescriptions. Quicker to go to Boots in town centre especially when cold and wet. Seems to be no urgency.

I handed in a prescription just after 4pm. 2nd in the queue. I was told its "10 mins or so". 40 min later still nit ready and there are around 20 other people waiting. Something is wrong here.

The customer service at this Chemists is terrible. every single one of the women behind the counter has a bad attitude. no matter which one serves you you can expect the same low standard, no smile or politeness, only curtness. they are also very very slow, making people wait 45 min and more for prescriptions! all chemists are slow but this one really takes the biscuit.i hope a better company takes this branch over soon. it?s veryfrustrating having to use this Chemists.

Service at Kamsons has gone downhill recently. Repeated visits seems to be needed in order to fill a prescription which involves standing in a very long and slow moving queue each time to be turned away. Some staff are also unhelpful which adds to the frustration of getting access to medication. Clearly staff are overwhelmed with the workload and are struggling to provide a much needed service.

I waited for half an hour in a poorly ventilated and cramped shop with 15 other people, only to be told they did not have any anti fungal cream. It is a disgrace. I then went to Sainsburys, where I found the item openly displayed in a large well ventilated area. Bipin Chotai CEO of Kamsoms ought to try wasting his time queuing in one of his shops.

This has been my local chemist for nearly 40 years, however, no longer. There is something seriously wrong with the management/ business. Queues permanently stretch out onto the pavement.If you enjoy queuing for half an hour, then this shop is for you. If you don't, avoid!

The colleagues are doing their best but it's poorly organised and understaffed. It takes ages to serve a customer. Clearly prescriptions are hard to locate causing delays. There are many ways it could be improved which must happen or the colleagues will become overwhelmed and stressed. If the management want to look after the team they will review the service asap

Some of the staff are very efficient, but there are a couple of girls who work in there that need a lesson in smiling!... A smile goes a long way...But overall I give it 4 stars...

Cruel and unempathetic staff who do not care about you. Exceedingly long wait times. And routinely refuse to listen, leading to return trips when the wrong medication is dispensed. Avoid if you can
