I came here for a hot white chocolate to take a break while I was in town. The drink was absolutely delicious and it was also incredibly reasonably priced. The service was amazing and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I would definitely come here again.

Had a lovely experience today at Hotel Chocolat this afternoon, the two young ladies that served me were very pleasant and answered all my questions regarding the product I was buying ( I had a lot, so thank you for your patience with me today!) and offered me a discount card for the drinks. They were very helpful when taking me through the drinks order procedure. I left with few of my favourite selectors and a tasty hot chocolate. Thank you!! Highly recommend :)

Lovely store and only went in to try the Coffee Shake which taste quite nice but the prices was a big turn off. Coffee Shake is Ice Creme with an espresso shot served in a small cup which cost £4.95. Glad i tried it and i liked it but not worth it for the price.

I use to treat my self by going to hotel chocolate for their milkshake and it was the best from all I have tried. I use to take everyone I knew there because the shake was that good. Lately it's been really bad. Unfortunately it looks to be the same lady who initially I didn't have the confidence to say so as I thought maybe she is having a bad day. But again and again..the milkShake is so light.. Watery.. Not the rich taste it use to be. Finally got the courage to tell her... Which I really didn't want to... But sadly I went back again.. Same problem. ? It's really sad because I really enjoyed having your milkshake but I don't think I will be back again.. Or maybe pray and hope someone else serves me...
