Booked my MOT test for Monday 4th of August at 8:30. I have arrived 8:10. Member of staff let me know that ramps not inspected so I have to leave car for all day. I couldn?t leave car, we?ve rebooked test for Friday 9:20 (the only slot they had). However they didn?t change that in my online account. Thursday afternoon I requested cancellation of my test and money refund through online form but there?s no progress since that time. No test, no money back. That?s Halfords. They failed.

50/50 odds on whether your vehicle is safe to drive or not after repairs, 50/50 odds on whether they can look at it (not fix, look), 50/50 odds on whether they?re gonna scam u out of the free MOT retest they offer, and best of all 50/50 odds they actually return your calls as they say they will!!! AND ACTUALLY 50000% BETTER 50/50 ODDS ON IF THEY PUT THE BRAKE PADS IN CORRECTLY!!!! LETS GO GUYS THEY DIDNT EVEN WATCH THE YOUTUBE TUTORIAL FOR MY REPAIRS!!!
I look forward to taking my car to a different garage for its MOT next year, and thank u for the gambling experience u have brought me. U drained all of my bad luck so I know when I dump my life savings at the slot machines tonight I?m gonna win back the money I wasted on your services.

I've used Halfords for servicing three times now, including having all tyres changed, and they've been consistently prompt and reliable. Luke, the Centre Manager, is an absolute star, always friendly, helpful, and takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Great customer service every time. Highly recommend!

Several scratches on my car from changing the tires. Awful service. Would now avoid. Looks like they lent something (tires) against the paintwork. Didn?t notice until the car was back at home.

I had an MOT at the Bracknell Halfords autocentre. It was seemless from start to finish. The team were attentive, explained things in a very polite, courteous & informative manner. What originally was a stressful concern was made a stress-less experience. I would have no hesitation but to recommend this autocentre.

Halfords provided me with a free break check and was able to find and explain to me why I was having issues with them. They provided a prompt appointment to fix them and I had my car returned to me later that day. They also helped me with a condensation issue free of charge.
