Went in for some specific grade oil but got a bit overwhelmed with all the types on offer. Assistant helped me find the correct one, and couldn't have been more helpful.

Avoid at all costs... I visited on Saturday morning for a straight forward battery change for my sons first car and now I am faced with multiple electrical issues on the car. I would not mind so much but the manager came across as careless AND the both young mechanics (one very tall with red hair) were rude and had a very bad attitude. I arrived with a very heathy car and left with a car full of problems.I was brushed off by the manager who recommended I visited the my main dealership as they were unable to help. Halfords serves a purpose but dont visit this one.

Brilliant service with s smile from Chris who served us and for the lad who performed our car check and fitted our new windscreen wipers. A great attitude from everyone and very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE - ZERO STARSInexperienced employees installing lights! Left our tail lights wobbly and the audacity of the manager saying our car is too old and expected to do that should find another job. Clearly you do not know what you are doing!Cost us £400 to replace the damage you have done!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! BY STUART! Apparently is a manager? I was extremely disappointed when i arrived at the store for my 8 am booking. Btw i had a mobile fitting done by Halfords in london on my other car and the gentleman that did it was amazing!! He even helped remove some glue that my neighbour had been vandalising my car hence i need dash cams as advised by police. So i go to Bracknell after travelling from London as it had early availability. I asked because the mobile technician told me the day before I could easily add on a rear dash cam to my order in store. Upon arrival in Bracknell they already told me I can?t do this and they dont have a qualified trained technician to do rear. But apparently are trained for a front camera? So my question the entire time was fine fit the front but if i add on rear is this possible will both cameras work? And am i to pay the extra expense for the fitting separately because the store doesn?t have a qualified member of staff? To get to to this point he would not listen, help or assist me. Stuart spoke down to me as a woman, belittled me in front of other colleagues and in fact another customer. He refused to listen to my point which i made above, even walked off and refused to fit my camera which would of been a waste of time and money and quite frankly i didnt want done by him after his patronising behaviour. Had he of just listened instead of talking over me persistently and walking off he would of actually been helpful. Instead he threatened to not install my camera which i had paid for! Then asked his colleague if he felt he was being unreasonable, which was extremely uncomfortable as a woman i felt vulnerable and outnumbered by males who were extremely unhelpful. Had he of listened to my point which i established i have by the way a full recording of this conversation, as i felt so uncomfortable and i knew he wasn?t prepared to listen to me, continually spoke over me and then walked off serve all times. Apparently he is the most senior when i was asking for someone above him he told me in a rude manner and patronising i can go online and take it up with head office on the website? Which btw a formal compliant raised with head office. The staff call centres are in South Africa are just as unhelpful. I have now booked and paid for another store in London which was cancelled as they dont have the appropriate technicians either!! Most unhelpful staff who have now cancelled my order because they dont have the appropriate staff to fit the cameras front and rear but advertise availability.Ridiculous! My advice dont bother as a woman going into a male Shovanstic store, mobile fitting is much better service and Halfords retail stores dont have the appropriate staff to fit the products they sell. As i have been to two stores now! Awful behaviour and i will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service asked for advice on what was available to start my car on cold mornings. A suitable battery charger was recommended and a demonstration given to me on its use. Service above and beyond. Than you.
