“Truly cannot recommend BOB enough! I had my hair dyed for the first time and Jade was so lovely, explaining each step as she did it and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had previously sent a slightly panicked email explaining that it was my first time being dyed and asking what the process would be like, and Carey tooo the time to reply to me with a step by step walk-through of what the appointment would entail, which really helped ease my anxiety. I can say with absolute certainty that they really do care about people here, and my hair looks amazing, even better than I had imagined!
